Fresh, spacious & bright 2 bed apartment near train station and main shopping area in the center of Nice. Located steps from Jean Medecin Blvd, Liberation farmer's market and Nice Etoile.
We can accommodate up to 4 guests. You will have an entire apartment with all the comforts of home. You will be close to the shops, the Tramway and the Nice Etoile shopping center.
There are two comfortable bedrooms with plenty of space to unwind; a fully equipped kitchen that is ideal for preparing meals with ease, complete with appliances and ample storage. The apartment is stylishly appointed with contemporary decor, creating a cozy atmosphere for your stay

We really enjoyed the stay. We found everything we needed, the communication was very easy and smooth. The apartment is located in a place very close to the means of transportation, restaurants and other businesses. We'll go back to Jennifer's home if we visit Nice again.

February 2024The Location Can't Be Beat
We had a great stay in Jennifer's apartment. Tam was super helpful and communication was very easy. The apartment looks just like the pictures. It opens to an internal courtyard, so is very quite. All the rooms get great light an open to the balcony. Comfortable beds and great hot water. The location can't be beat- 2 blocks to the the tram and 3 to the train.
We will stay again when we are in Nice!

It’s a lovely and affordable stay when I was in Nice. And it’s very convenient since it’s close to train station.
